Domestic Energy Performance Certificates lodged on the central register. Required for sale, let and most lender applications. Booked, surveyed and lodged inside 48 hours where possible.
Retrofit
assessments.
PAS 2035-compliant assessments for ECO grants, MEES exemptions and self-funded retrofit. Fabric-first, building-specific, written so the design team and the homeowner can both work from it.
Ventilation
testing.
Approved Document F testing for new dwellings and significant refurbishments. Continuous, intermittent and MVHR systems measured and certified for Building Control sign-off.
