No portal, no form, no contact funnel. Phone or email. I aim to come back with a fixed fee and a date inside one working day.

hello@dominicbowkett.com

Phone is the fastest way to reach me. If I’m on site I’ll call you back the same day.

Email is best for anything you need to put in writing or attach — floor plans, photos, the agent’s particulars, the EPC you already have.

Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00. Out-of-hours messages picked up the next working morning.

Where I’m based

Tunbridge Wells, Kent. The practice is fully mobile — I come to the property, not the other way round.

Coverage

Kent, East Sussex, South East London and the wider South East. Postcodes worked regularly: TN, RH, ME, DA, BR, SE, RM, KT, CR, SM, BN. Outside that radius and the job is right? Get in touch — I’ll travel.

What to include in an enquiry

Drop the points below in an email or repeat them on the phone. The more I know up front, the faster I can quote and the more accurate the number will be.

  • The property. Address or, if it’s pre-purchase and discreet, postcode and approximate age.
  • The service you think you need. Building survey, EPC, retrofit assessment, ventilation test — or “not sure”. I can help with the last one.
  • What you’re trying to do. Buying, selling, letting, refinancing, renovating, building from scratch, making it warmer, sorting damp.
  • The timeline. Exchange date, marketing date, mortgage offer expiry, planning condition deadline. If you’re flexible, say so.
  • Anything I should know. Listed status. Recent works. Known damp or movement. Tenant in situ. Difficult access. The bit the agent didn’t mention.

What you’ll get back

  • A short reply confirming I can help.
  • A fixed fee for the work.
  • A site-visit date that works around yours.
  • A clear scope, in plain English, of what you’ll be paying for.

If anything in the brief means I’m not the right person for the job, I’ll say so — and where possible, point you at someone who is.
